Press / Structural Roll Operator
The likely candidate should have at least 5 years experience in the operation of various types of steel forming equipment. This person will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of several types of steel forming machines; including, but not limited to: structural roll, press break, flight press, casing press, welding and beveling equipment. Along with the experience to operate various structural forming machines and presses, this person will also serve as a substitute to a plate bending roll operator. The likely candidate should also possess the experience and willingness to adequately perform the following tasks:
- Lift at least 50 pounds
- Work overtime and weekends
- Operate a forklift and overhead crane
- Read, write and speak English (bilingual a plus)
- Troubleshoot equipment problems and issues
- Read drawings in 2-D as well as 3-D
- Work in metric as well as inches
- Maintain and clean equipment daily
