B-Series Crane Attachment Drilling Rigs

Designed with both an extensive knowledge of the large diameter rotary drilling sector and superior engineering of mobile machinery, the Pileco-Bauer B-Series Attachment Drilling Rigs are among the most dependable and well built in the industry. Increasing functionality of conventional lattice boom cranes these attachment drilling rigs are attached to the base machine by hydraulically operated pins and feature a B-TRONIC electronic control and operating system - monitoring drilling operations, acquisition and recording of machine operating data.

Well-engineered swing breaks smoothly transfers reaction forces from the torque into the undercarriage. And a long lattice boom and powerful winches enable long Kelly bars to be fitted for construction of 40 - 70 m deep bores. The B-Series is powered by a Mercedes Benz engine and features a crawler type of undercarriage, a free-fall rope diameter winch and hydraulic oil flow.
