	The Fly drill method is a completly new concept for bored piling. The drilling unit with rotary head, kelly bar and drilling tool is suspended by the hoist rope of the base carrier crane. The hydraulic power for the unit is provided from the base carrier crane, in special cases (see pic.) the complete hydraulic power unit can be attached as a platform to the flydrill KDK A drilling diameter of max. 3.5m (11.5 ft.)and a boring depth of 60m (196 ft) is possible with existing equipment. 	Drilling of large diameters up to 10 ft and down to depths of 820 ft is most economical with the reverse ciculation drilling method.
